What you get

A calm headend, a Windows agent, and a public menu.

Dutchie sold-item sync

A licensed Windows agent pulls nightly sold items and pushes deltas to the headend. Dummy Dutchie is available for lab testing.

Barcode inventory counts

Scan UPC, enter quantity, attach a PDF or spreadsheet, and submit. The store gets a confirmation email immediately.

License-keyed clients

Each dispensary gets a unique license key and system ID. All agent traffic is authenticated. Super-admins manage tenants in Filament.

Amazon-style live menu

Parent products with size and flavor variants. Hosted at /menu/{slug} or embedded with a lightweight JS snippet.

Daily removal emails

Sold and removed items are grouped by client and emailed to support@potluckinventory.online every morning.

Image library on R2

Product photography lives on Cloudflare R2. Counts store supporting documents as attachments — no document parsing in v1.

Explicitly not in v1

This is an inventory bridge, not a storefront.

There is no customer login, no reservation system, and no POS write-back. The shopping list on a menu is session-only and dies when the browser closes. Stock is never guaranteed.
